Saturday April 24, 2021
Bradenton, Florida
With over 150 entries, the De Soto Grand Parade is one of the largest and oldest parades in Southwest Florida. Tens of thousands of people will line the streets of Bradenton to view the illuminated floats and catch a glimpse of our new Hernando DeSoto, Captain of Crewe and their newly crowned Queen and Princess. Beads, coins and other fun items are handed to the crowd throughout the night.
The 2021 DeSoto Grand Parade on Saturday, April 24, 2021, will begin at Manatee High School before turning onto 9th Ave and continuing to 39th St W and then to Manatee Ave and finally ending past downtown Bradenton! We will be distributing approximately 30,000 face masks and hand sanitizers before the parade kicks off.
The Parade steps off at 7:00pm from Manatee High School.
